Shabbies Amsterdam have arrived at Get Outside!

Shabbies were originally designed in the seventies by famous Dutch designer Fred de la Bretoniere. His first shop opened in 1970 and today his bags and shoes are distributed throughout Europe. Bretoniere is famous for his plant-based tanning of leather which allows the item to age more beautifully with wear. The nonchalance and ruggedness can be found in all his designs. Fred’s philosophy is based on the idea that every design has a soul and anybody who wears and uses these comfortable designs in turn adds a part of his/her own soul. The Shabbies boots are made from all natural materials.

These classic boots are available at both the Get Outside locations and through our website, in 8 beautiful colours and three heights: short, mid and tall (shown above, the Castagno Tall).
