Stock is pulled from store locations in Toronto. Orders may take longer than expected if stock has to be transferred to shipping location. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Getoutside cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
* No tracking information will be provided by Canada Post for Small Packet USA Air shipping method. Please choose different shipping option if you require a tracking number.
Shipping Timeline for Canadian Orders
- Orders shipped within Ontario may take anywhere between 2-5 business days to ship once processed.
- Orders shipped outside Ontario may take anywhere between 3-6 business days to ship once processed.
Shipping Timeline for United States Orders
- Orders shipped to the U.S. via Canada Post may take anywhere between 5-10 business days to ship once processed.
- Orders shipped to the U.S. via USPS may take anywhere between 3-7 business days to ship once processed.
If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be processed the next day and sent out for delivery.
Online Purchase Return & Exchange Policy
(Please note: we only accept returns/exchanges for items that were purchased from getoutsideshoes.com. We do not accept returns/exchanges that were purchased from different websites and are not responsible for return/exchange packages sent back to the below address that were not purchased from getoutsideshoes.com)
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days to refund/exchange any unused/unworn item. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.
Secure the original shoebox in wrapping of your choice; please note that failing to wrap the shoebox will result in a 10% restocking fee. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping method that provides a tracking number as Getoutside is not responsible for lost return packages.

Taxes will be refunded for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for return postage fees if you do not qualify for free shipping or returns. If you are making an exchange, we will ship your first exchange pair free of charge in our effort to help you find the best fitting shoes.
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach Getoutside. Once return is received and inspected (within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and an email refund confirmation will be sent.

Styles marked with 50% and LAST PAIR tags are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or credit.
We offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase for any of our items that may be considered a manufacture defect. If so, please give us a call /email, or bring the item back to one of our two locations in Toronto and we can have the item replaced or repaired with proof of purchase.
