Returns

We hope you enjoy your online purchase but if you need to return or exchange, our Return Policy is:

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your order.

  • Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them in, and in the original shoebox.
  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit*.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt to the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be emailed once the refund has been issued. It generally takes an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund on your account.

*Items that are marked down at 30% off or more are Final Sale. Final Sale flag will appear on the product page and in your cart before checkout.

IN PERSON - Visit us at our Toronto location. In-store returns are free.

VIA MAIL

1. For Canadian orders

All Canadian returns via mail are subjected to a $5 return shipping fee.

To initiate a return, please fill out this Return Form to submit your return request and a customer support member will get back to you with a return label as soon as possible.

2. For US orders

Please reach out to us for our US return address*. You are responsible for the return shipping cost to our US return address.

IMPORTANT: Please do not address your parcel to our Canadian address as it will be subjected to additional custom charges, import duties and other related handling fees. We have no control over these charges and your account will be charged when we receive the parcel.

EXCHANGES

VIA MAIL

Please contact us to initiate a return for your order for a refund. You can then place a new order for the item you want. Please see above for instructions on how to return.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS / PRICE MATCHING

We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or price matching with competitors.
