Store Pick Up Policy
We offer free in store pick up for online orders at our Queen Street location. You can choose the option in the check out process.
You will be notified via email that your order is ready for pick up. Please allow up to 24 hours for order to be ready.
What you need for Pick Up
- Your order number
Print out or show on this email on your device
- A valid government photo ID that matched the name on the billing information
Orders will only be released to customers who placed the order.
- You will have to sign to acknowledge order has been picked up.

What orders are qualified for a Free Return Shipping Label
Your order is qualified for a prepaid Canada Post Return shipping label if:
- 1. The item(s) are NOT final sale.
- 2. The item(s) meet our Return & Exchange Policy
- 3. Your address is within Canada.
- 4. Your original order qualifies for Free Shipping (orders over $39.99 before tax and after discounts).
If you qualified for a prepaid Canada Post Return shipping label, contact us at one of the following:
We will email you the prepaid return Canada Post shipping label to email listed on your order.
Complete the following:
- print the prepaid return Canada Post shipping label
- include a note indicating return or exchange along with receipt in package
- for exchanges include: Brand, Getoutside ID, Size and Colour
- re-wrap package and drop off at a Canada Post outlet
If your order is not qualified for a Free Return Shipping label, you are responsible for the postage fee.
Return & Exchange Information
- You have 60 days from time of purchase to return or exchange unused items.
- Products must be in the condition that you received them in.
- Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt to the original method of payment.
- A refund confirmation will be emailed once the refund has been issued.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for credit card issuer to post refund to your account.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to facilitate a straight exchange for US orders. If you wish to exchange your item, please reach out to us for a return request explained below and place a new order for the item.
- FOR RETURNS
If your item is qualified for a return request, please reach out to us for our US return address*. You are responsible for the postage cost of your returned parcel to our US facility.
*Please do not address your parcel to our Canadian address as it will be subjected to additional custom charges, import duties and other related handling fees. We have no control over these charges and you will be responsible for them.

Price Adjustments / Price Matching
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases or price matching with competitors.
We offer a Limited warranty from the date of purchase ranging from 6 months to 1 year depending on the brand, for items that are considered a manufacture defect. For any questions, please give us a call/email, or bring the item back to our store location in Toronto, and we can have the item replaced or repaired with proof of purchase should it meet our Limited Warranty conditions.
