All orders shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping.

US ORDERS

Free shipping over CAD$59.99 after discounts (no sales tax applied).

Orders under CAD$59.99 are subjected to shipping charge, calculated at checkout.

US orders shipped with USPS via 3rd Party carrier. There will be no additional duty charges.  

Estimated delivery time: 5 – 10 business days from the order date.

US order restrictions:

1. Order value cannot exceed US$800.

2. The following brands DO NOT ship to the USA:

STORE PICK UP POLICY

We currently offer in-store and curbside pickup at our downtown Toronto location.

During check-out, please select store pick-up as your shipping option at the bottom of the shipping page, after you have filled out your address.

All orders are processed within 2 hours* of order placement. You will also receive an email notification when the order is ready for pick up!

*Please note that orders can only be processed within our business hours.

- If you place an order outside of our business hours, your order will be processed as soon as the store opens.

- If you place an order within 2 hours of closing time, your order may be processed the following day.

What you need for the pick-up:

  • Your order confirmation email
  • A valid government photo ID that matches the name on the billing information

Orders will only be released to customers who placed the order*. You will have to sign to acknowledge that the order has been picked up.

*Special exceptions may be requested for someone with the same last name or address on the billing information to pick up. Please call us at (416) 593 5598, ext 2 so that we can have their name listed for the pick-up and ask them to bring a valid government photo ID as well.
