How to return via mail

Note: This return instruction is for Canadian orders only. For US addresses, please reach out to us for our US return address. You are responsible for the return shipping cost to our US return address.

 

Important notes and policies:

1. A postage fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. 

2. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them in.

3. Returns via mail is only available for online orders. For in-store purchases, please come back to our store to exchange or return. 

 

Mailing instructions

1. Click here to create your return shipping label & enter Canada Post Return ID Number: PR419382

2. Fill out your information and address as required. And submit to view and print your label. 

3. Pack your return - you can use the original bag it comes in and tape it up, or any other bag or paper, as long as the shoe box is protected.

4. Print and place your label on the package. Please make sure any old shipping labels on the package are removed or covered.

    Don't have a printer? - your Canada Post email receipt contains a QR code that you can bring to a participating Canada Post Office location on your smartphone or tablet. They'll scan the code and print the label for you (Please check with your local CP office to make sure this is a service they offer).

5. Drop off your package at the nearest Canada Post location. We suggest keeping the tracking number for your own records, in case there is any issue.

Please allow up to 48 hours after we receive your parcel for refunds to be processed.
