We hope you enjoy your online purchase but if you need to return or exchange, our Return Policy is:

You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your order.

  • Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them in, and in the original shoebox.

  • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receipt to the original method of payment. A refund confirmation will be emailed once the refund has been issued. It generally takes an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund on your account.

1. For Canadian orders

All Canadian returns via mail are subjected to a $10 return shipping fee.

*We currently do not accept exchanges via mail. Please initiate a return for your order for a refund. You can then place a new order for the item you want. 
Returns via mail is only available for online orders. For in-store purchases, please come back to our store to exchange or return. 

2. For US orders
Please reach out to us for our US return address*. You are responsible for the return shipping cost to our US return address. Email our customer support here
IMPORTANT: Please do not address your parcel to our Canadian address as it will be subjected to additional custom charges, import duties and other related handling fees. We have no control over these charges and your account will be charged when we receive the parcel.
