If you have not receive a shipping confirmation email 1-3 days after you've placed your order, please check your inbox or junk folder in case we have reached out regarding any important update on your order.

We offer shipping within Canada and to the U.S. However, some items cannot be shipped to the U.S

All orders are subjected to a processing time of 1-3 business days for your orders to be picked, packed and prepared before shipping.

Shipping is free on orders over CAD$99.99 within Canada, before tax and after discounts. Orders under CAD$99.99 are subjected to a CAD$10 shipping fee.
Shipping is free on orders over CAD$150 within the U.S, before tax and after discounts. Orders under CAD$150 are subjected to a CAD$10 shipping fee. Additional duties may apply.

We currently offer in-store at our downtown Toronto location.
During check-out, please select store pick-up as your shipping option at the bottom of the shipping page, after you have filled out your address.
You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for pick up.
*Please note that orders will be cancelled if not picked up within 1 month of fulfillment. Please reach out to us if you have any question.
What you need for the pick-up:
- Your order confirmation email
- A valid government photo ID that matches the name on the billing information
Orders will only be released to customers who placed the order. You will have to sign to acknowledge that the order has been picked up.

You have 60 days from the order date to return your item.
Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them in, and in the original shoebox/with the original tag.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Yes, unless marked as FINAL SALE, all items can be returned for a full refund excluding any applicable costs.

We accept most major credit cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment.
We also offer Buy Now Pay Later option with Sezzle.

Our online inventory reflects what we have in store.
If the item and/or size is sold out online, we will likely not have it in store, with the exception of last change products with very limited quantity that are sold in-store only.

We receive shipments on a daily basis but we are not able to guarantee the item you want will be restocked.
If an size is out of stock, you can sign up on the product page online to be notified when it is back in stock.

Items already discounted at 20% off or more are excluded from promo codes.
The following brands are also excluded from all promo codes: Birkenstock, Blundstone, Glerups, Red Wing, select Converse, select New Balance, select Timberland and select Vans, select Herschel and Fjallraven Kanken collection.
No price adjustment can be applied to previous purchase.
