The warranty for Getoutside Shoes is subject to certain conditions.

It applies exclusively to footwear purchased either online at www.getoutsideshoes.com or in-store at Getoutside.

The warranty covers only manufacturing defects that occur during normal usage of the footwear.

Getoutside is not responsible for damages resulting from

• wear and tear, misuse, abuse, neglect,
• "Acts of God" (such as fire, flood, or animal attacks),
• service or alteration by unauthorized personnel,
• damages incurred through irresponsible use, or any other non-recommended uses.

Eligibility for warranty service is determined by the respective brand, and if a claim is rejected by the brand, Getoutside cannot accept the item.

The warranty period varies by brand and ranges from 6 months to 1 year. To receive warranty service, you must keep your receipt or other proof of purchase.

If a claim is successful, Getoutside will only issue exchanges or store credit, and not refunds.
